Ladies Day Wet Weather Update

To all the lovely Ladies who purchased tickets to this years Ladies Day...

Thank you for your support and ticket purchase for Randwick Rugby’s Ladies Day Event that was proposed for this Saturday, August 9th.

Unfortunately, with the poor weather returning tomorrow for an extended period and a whopping 15mm of rain forecast for Saturday, we have reluctantly decided to cancel the Ladies Day event on Saturday. The last thing we want is for you all to be eating, drinking, singing and shivering in the rain and mud on a wet and wild Coogee Oval.

We have been watching the weather radar closely and it’s been a very hard decision to make, however for a number of logistical reasons we have to make the call today - ironically as the sun beams brightly across Coogee Oval!

Your ticket will be fully refunded by our ticket partner Iwannaticket by Friday - so keep an eye out for it on your credit card account.

We still want to celebrate with all our Ladies in 2025 and are working on a special Ladies Lunch in September/October, where the Leogate Estate Wine will be flowing and at a venue inside without any weather threats. We will keep you posted on that!

Our games will be on rain, hail or shine on this Saturday, so we still hope to see you down at Coogee Oval supporting our 1^st and 2^nd Grade and 1^st & 2^nd Colts teams up against Hunter Wildfires as they look to secure their finals position in the last round of the competition.

We apologise for any inconvenience the cancellation of Ladies Day has caused you and hope that you understand our position.
