Randwick Rugby: High Performance Manager Role

The purpose of this position is to ensure there is coordination and integration in the management of player physical performance between the Club Coach ,1st Grade Head coach, including but not limited to: coaching, doctor, physiotherapist, rehab, strength and conditioning, sports psychology, nutrition and overall player wellbeing.

The high performance manager reports directly to the Club Coach and coordinates athletic profiles and information after chairing weekly group staff meetings relating to player wellbeing and plans all match day logistics in this area with the above mentioned persons.

The ideal candidate will have had experience working within elite sports (preferably Rugby), with proven ability to design and implement S&C programs. You will have a sound understanding of current practices and competency in technology relevant to physical performance within elite sports (Catapult/Baseline). ASCA or equivalent accreditation is required.
