To be considered applicants will need to demonstrate:

• A successful career track record and achievement orientation

• Ability to lead and engage a diverse range of stakeholders including club coach, volunteers, players, sponsors and partners

• A good knowledge of Rugby and a genuine passion and interest in the game

• Commercial and business acumen to deliver against strategic objectives and solve problems

• A strong understanding of the education system including school, tertiary and trade pathways
