Randwick DRUFC - 2022 Annual General Meeting Notice

The 100^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach.

Mercifully, without any COVID-19 related issues or restrictions at present, the AGM will be able to be held in person and in its traditional December timing. If anything changes prior to the meeting in that regard, we will notify all stakeholders ASAP.

Please note due to managing the capacity of the available function rooms at Crowne Plaza Coogee, the meeting will be limited in attendance to Members only, as they are the only persons that have both voting and council nomination rights at the AGM.

For clarity this includes the following people:

• Life Members of Randwick DRUFC
• Current Football Club Financial Members (paid up by Round 1, April 2, 2022)
• Current Registered Randwick DRUFC players

Members of these groups will be directly invited to pre-register to attend and provided with pertinent information and nomination forms relevant to conduct the 2022 meeting.
