Annual General Meeting Notice

Election of Board Members

In accordance with clause 15(2)(b) of the Constitution of the Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club Inc (as amended), the Members are to elect annually at the Annual General Meeting of the Club, the Council of the Club which comprises the President, Secretary, Treasurer and eight members of the Club (not including one Life Member Representative and the Club Coach who both form part of the Council but are not elected by the Members).

Non-Members of the Club and non-financial Members of the Club are not eligible for election (and by clause 10(1) of the Constitution, any Member who has not paid his or her annual subscription by the 6th April 2019 being the date of the first competition match following the 2018 Annual General Meeting are unfinancial).

Any Member who is an office bearer of any other district club is not eligible for election.

Any nomination for election as a member of the Council must be made by delivering a completed Nomination Form signed by two other Members of the Club who are both entitled to vote and which Nomination Form has also been signed by the Nominee.

Nomination Forms are available from the office of the Club.

Completed Nomination Forms should be delivered to the Secretary by 5:00pm on Wednesday the 27th November 2019 being the date which is 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
