2025 Board Announcement

At the 102nd Randwick District Rugby Union Football Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Crowne Plaza, Coogee Beach last night, Club Officers Bearers & Board Members were appointed for 2025.

A vote was not required as the number of candidates who nominated, matched the available positions. Therefore, all Board nominees received, were appointed and the 2025 Randwick DRUFC Board is as follows:

We congratulate all the Office Bearers and Board Members on their appointment and look forward to their strong leadership of the Club in 2025. We thank them for volunteering their time and expertise to do so.

We sincerely thank the outgoing and long serving executive of John Tuxworth (President), Frank Back (Secretary) and Ian Bonnette (Treasurer) for their tireless efforts volunteering over many years. There efforts and professional leadership culminated in us winning the Shute Shield and Club Championship in 2023 after a 20-year drought, as well as guiding us through the incredibly difficult COVID period.

We welcome the new executive team of Brian O’Sullivan (President), Pat Hodgetts (Secretary) and David Jepsen (Treasurer) into their respective roles and know they will do an exceptional job for our club.

All are ex-players who are passionate about the club and incredibly successful in their respective careers - which maintains the excellent business acumen we have in these key positions left by Tuxy, Ian and Frank.
