Last Saturday, in First Grade tomorrow we celebrate Tim Sippel’s 100th Grade Game for our club against @warringahrats
Originally, from Brisbane, Timmy made the move south in 2021, joining us from Sunnybank. It didn’t take long for him to make his mark as a scheming halfback, debuting in First Grade for the Galloping Greens in the same year, where he has played 63 games. This year his outstanding form has helped First Grade back into the winners circle after a rocky start.
Over the years, Tim has been a familiar face across a number of grades at the club, one of the highlights being a key part of the 2023 3rd Grade premiership winning side. He was also captain last year of 2nd Grade.
One of the nicest blokes you will ever meet, he has become a much-loved member of the Wicks family and has given plenty over his 100 Grade games with our club.
