Club Head of Performance (S&C) Appointed

Patrick is already on deck to lead our preseason training program which commences tomorrow night (Tues, Nov 18, 6pm) at Latham Park

Patrick replaces Matt Rains who stood down after 4 incredible seasons in the role to focus on his burgeoning fitness business Avolve. We again thank Matt for his huge contribution to our club and wish him all the best in the future.

Patrick has been promoted internally and after a hugely successful stint as the lead S&C in our Colts Program, which this season yielded a Colts Club Championship, 1^st & 2^nd Colts both winning the Premiership and 3^rd Colts being Grand Finalists. It’s just another example of Randwick Rugby being an amazing development club for both players, coaches, support staff and administrators.

Patrick will report to our Director of Rugby Craig Hawkings and will work closely with our Head 1^st Grade Coaches Shaun Berne and Jack Harrison (Colts) to design the most effective physical development program for our players.

We congratulate Patrick on his well-deserved promotion and wish him all the very best in this hugely important role. We are currently recruiting his replacement to lead the Colts S&C program and work directly with him.
